Her powers are greatly associated with healing and grief.
A patron goddess who cares about those who are at their very lowest.
Who sees past the happy endings and can see the pain that it took to get so far.

Naik'lea is concerned with mercy, compassion and the suffering of others.
In response to the endless misery and limitless sorrows of existence,
Naik'lea gouges out her own eyes in an attempt to avoid the horrors.
Yet this did not stop her from hearing pain, death and suffering.
She forgives those who were hurt and those who gave the hurt unto them, accepting
of all.
Truth through compassion, hope in forgiveness and the endurance of the spirit.
She believes life's suffering is unavoidable and inevitable.
The Lady of Compassion does not wish more suffering upon the world but has come
to see it as
a natural occurrence mankind should not fear or flee from.
Her priests are selfless and the first to volunteer to go into disaster areas
and disease ridden districts.
The love her faithful feel for Naik'lea keeps her strong through the terrors she
cannot see and only hear.
The symbol of her priests, are two tear drop scars below their eyes.
Naik'lea has
come to understand that even through the pain so much good has come to be.
She is acquainted with grief, and mourns every wound that the world has
suffered.
But she does not weep for herself; and those who hearken to her learn pity, and
endurance in hope.
Bringing strength to the spirit and turning sorrow to wisdom.
Naik'lea is known to attend her own sermons in disguise and is the most widely
known deity.
Beloved by the Spirits and many of the races of Cor'terrae.
In her compassion she will take mortal form to take the punishment of an
innocent man.
She will be hung, beaten or whipped before the masses as a clear signal that the
one she replaced was framed.
Not afraid to die for the creations of her brethren and Corchorum, the dreamer.
