Eleventh spirit, Al'shae Oaris lives among his peoples on the mortal plane

Al'shae either takes the form of a giant Merfolk with his trident surrounded by
sea storms
Past the merfolk and those
that live on the shores, the common pray to Al'shae for rain,
Arch Angels are created by the Gods. Reinn Anon created
Arch Angels to serve each of his siblings.
'Oceankin'
deep within the ocean that encompasses a third of the world.
Bringer of rain and Father of all Oceankin.
Mermaids, Ocean, water, Rain
and Tides.
Al'shae offers calm seas, bountiful harvests of the ocean
and blessings to those who respect the waters.
When offended or ignored, he
will strike the ground with his trident and cause chaotic springs, earthquakes
and drownings.
It is said that if the mermaids are attacked or killed that Al'shae will make
the sea near to the shore barren of fish.
to starve those who hurt his kin.
And Al'shae will not allow the construction of boats or ships,
if one is created and put to sea Al'shae will drown those upon it so they can
not hunt the Merfolk.
If he is respected and his kin respected he will give blessings to his
landlocked followers.
or when he is more calm, the form of a water dragon, a great serpent with scales
that is made of the water itself, revered by those villages by the shoreline.
His true grand temple is deep beneath the sea in the capitol of the Merfolk, but
on land
there is a giant statue of him erected in the center of the town of Esuna, and
their temple to him is built
slightly out to sea on a wooden platform
connected by bridges.
and there can
be sacrifices done in his name in times of drought, these sacrifices
usually
being farm animals. There was a rivalry between Al'shae and Nau'ar
which has
become hatred in the the last two hundred years that Al'shae
was
beaten out of the north lands that have now become barren because of Nau'ar.
Clergy of Al'shae are to kill Naur'ar's Clergy on sight.
